Microneedling (also known as Collagen Induction Therapy) is a medical aesthetic treatment that creates micro injuries “controlled trauma” in the skin to trigger the skins natural wound healing process to produce collagen and elastin. This repair process strengthens our dermal structure resulting in more youthful skin. It is proven to specifically target skin texture and tone, fine lines and acne scars, enhance skins firmness and deliver a more youthful complexion.

Best in a series of treatments for optimal results. After your series continue every 3 months to make sure collagen is being stimulated! Your aesthetician will come up with a treatment plan best suited for you!
Immediately post treatment your skin will be sunburnt red for 24-48 hours and heat sensitive. Depending on how your skin heals it could take up 2 - 4 days. You will want to avoid extreme sun exposure and heat related activities until the sensitivity subsides. Be sure to discontinue all actives ( exfoliants, retinol) 72 hours prior. begin to prep skin by using gentle products only. Wait 2-3 weeks post botox before scheduling.
Clients begin to notice an immediate glow to their skin. Microneedling works first at complexion and over the course of weeks and months you begin to notice a difference in laxity, pigment, and overall skin health from the production of collagen.
Depending on your skin goals will determine the amount of treatments. Some clients only need one and others we start with a series of 3 and go from there. For clients, with deep wrinkles, advanced photo-aging, or acne scars it is recommended to receive 6-8 sessions at 6-week intervals.
Microneedling is not pregnancy safe.
Your aesthetician will apply a numbing cream and you will sit under the LED light. After the microneedling service will begin and you will finish with finishing products. Add on dermaplaning for boosted results.
