All appointment reminders are sent out 48 hours and then 24 hours prior as a reminder to avoid any cancellation penalty. If you cannot make your appointment or think you may not be able to, please reach out to let me know. 

1. Cancellations after 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 75% of the service.

3. For emergencies, if your appointment is in 24 hours, to avoid fee you can reschedule for within the following 2 weeks. 

Failure to show up to your appointment or letting me know day of you will not make it, will result in FULL cost of the service.

I do not require card on files for booking, but I do ask you respect my policies and my time. If something comes up, please let me know I am extremely understanding!
